Following the announcement that LDV will launch in South Africa with the introduction of its T60 double-cab bakkie, the company has now confirmed a range of additional vehicles scheduled to join its local portfolio — the D90 SUV, G90 MPV and G10+. Here’s what you can expect.

Is the LDV T60 a good vehicle?

The LDV T60 is a great utility vehicle, especially for the price?

At launch, it was well priced, brimming with standard features, and displayed a marked improvement in build quality, fit and finish and all-round drive-ability over previous versions of Asia-built utility vehicles. It’s comfortable enough on-road – and it’s super capable off-road adventure.

Now, after engine and transmission upgrades and the introduction of its Walkinshaw-tuned suspension, the LDV T60 has been significantly improved.

The LDV T60 is a prime example of this, now with better build quality and ride and handling than in previous versions, as well as improved comfort levels, and plenty of standard features for what is competitive pricing in an increasingly expensive utility market.
